The hassle-free sign-up process reduces administrative work for group secretaries: we simply provide groups with a bespoke promotion code to give to their members, who subscribe and pay directly.

Individual savings
All subscribers are eligible to receive a 10% discount on items bought in our online shop.
Trade discount
The group can receive a trade discount (33%) on books bought through our online shop (when a minimum of ten are purchased and sent to one address).
Free copies for beginners
Any students on beginner’s courses will receive one free printed issue of BeeCraft and a free three-month digital-only subscription. (The group will cover the costs of posting the printed copies.)
BeeCraft subscription FAQs
1. How can I buy a subscription as a new subscriber?
Visit https://www.bee-craft.com/shop-homepage/subscriptions and choose either a print & digital subscription or a digital-only subscription. Add this product to your basket and complete your purchase.
2. I don’t know my BeeCraft login details. What should I do?
When you puchase a subscription, you will receive an email with a temporary password which enables you to log into the site. If you do not receive this email, contact [email protected].
3. I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
Click the login button on the top right of the page and then click “Lost password”. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
4. How do I update the email address on my account?
Once you have logged into the subscriber area, click the menu in the top right hand corner of the page to update your personal details (email address, phone number, name, billing address and shipping address).
5. How do I renew my subscription?
Visit https://www.bee-craft.com/shop-homepage/subscriptions and add your preferred subscription to your basket. If you are a repeat customer, you can login in the checkout area. Purchase your subscription as normal and it will add onto your existing subscription.
6. My branch is interested in joining the Group Discount Plan, how do we sign up?
Please email [email protected] with your branch details.
7. How do I find out in my branch is already a member of the Group Discount Plan?

8. I don’t want to be overloaded with more beekeeping admin. Is the Group Discount Plan for me?
Absolutely. By becoming a member of the Group Discount Plan, individuals manage and pay for their own subscriptions which greatly reduces the administrative work involved.
9. I already have a BeeCraft subscription. Can I receive the group discount?
Yes. Any members who currently subscribe to BeeCraft can add a discounted subscription onto the end of their existing subscription. Make sure to quote your discount code in the checkout.
10. I’m running a beginners course. How do I get free copies for my class?
If your branch is a member of our Group Discount Plan, you can email [email protected] with the start date of your course, the number of copies you would like and your address. After that, we will send you a link to pay the postage fee (a flat rate of £6.50 for UK-based groups or a custom rate if overseas).
