For customers who bank with Natwest, HSBC, or Nationwide, it will only say “GoCardless Ltd” or “GoCardless.com” on your bank statement. The reason for this is that these three banks choose to ignore the full references that GoCardless provides and simply put the GoCardless name as the reference instead. For customers whose accounts are with other banks, a reference will appear on their bank statements in the following format: 'GoCardless Ltd, ref: BEECRAFTLTD-XXXXXX.'

- 'Why GoCardlessLtd'? Bee Craft uses the GoCardless system to process and manage Direct Debits set up.

Other than making sure you have sufficient funds in your account when the payment is due to Bee Craft for your subscription, you will not need to do anything.

It is advised that you monitor your bank/building society statements to ensure that your direct debits are going out as instructed.

Should you wish to cancel the Direct Debit for your Bee Craft subscription you need to cancel the Direct Debit via your bank or building society - certain banks/building societies will have a prefered method for Direct Debit cancellations, some allow you to do it via your online bank account for example.

Your bank or building society will generally require at least a day's notice before the Direct Debit is due to be paid. Try not to leave it until the last minute or you run the risk of a payment being made and your subscription continuing for the subscription period that the Direct Debit payment covers.

You MUST inform your bank/building society and cancel the Direct Debit with them. Bee Craft is unable to cancel your Direct Debit for you.

Once you have cancelled your Direct Debit payment to Bee Craft your Bee Craft Magazine subscription will continue until the end of your current subscription year.

When you have one edition left on your subscription you will be notified that your subscription is due for renewal and this notification will give you your options for renewing. Should you wish to renew then you can do, if you don't wish to renew then no action will be required from yourself. Should you cancel your Direct Debit after our monthly renewal emails/letters get sent out then you won't be notified of your subscription expiring.
